I’ve been at work pretty much non stop – all day/all night since last week. I had my first day off today, and it felt good to do absolutely nothing
We’ll just say that I completely went off my diet over the last week or so. I did try to eat as healthy as possible, lots of fruit and salad, but also a ton of stuff I shouldn’t have. Today was my transition day back to raw.
1 small green smoothie this morning
a banana, an apple, 4 fresh figs
dinner was not raw – peel and eat shrimp with corn on the cob, and a hot dog – (grin) – I really gotta ditch this hotdog obsession
I’m starving, so i’m also about to eat tortilla chips with salsa – back to raw tomorrow.
I haven’t weighed myself, i’m too frightened! I will tomorrow though.

So how are you doing, are you raw again? I just joined a 30 day 100% raw challenge at Raw Food Talk, are you a member there? If so, what’s the name you go by there? (It’s so hard to remember everyone’s nicknames, as opposed to real names..)
Even after 2 days, I’m noticing the difference…wish I did as much on 80% raw, but it’s only when I’m 100% that I really feel my body striving towards restored health quickly!

No! I fell off the wagon…big time. More on my post later today. I feel so sick from all of the crap I’ve been eating, so much so, that my husband and I are both going back to raw food….immediately
